The Studio Synthesis Story |

|
New Delhi's first ever audio studio to go fully
digital, Studio Synthesis continues on its chosen path of providing the desired blend of
technical wizardry with aesthetic appreciation and innovative problem-solving. We keep
updating our hardware and software, making it possible for our talented composers,
musicians, film directors, to let their imagination roam wild.
From such classical greats like Pandit Ravi Shankar or Ustad Amjad Ali Khan to
the youngest, "most happening" pop diva. From the audio post-production of
celebrated films like "Bandit Queen" and the dubbing of "Kama Sutra"
to complex sound design for son-et-lumiere shows.... we've been there.

Over time , Studio Synthesis kept growing apace, with a variety of assignments
- music albums, TV commercials, radio spots and programs, tracks for corporate films and
audio-visuals and what have you ! And space was becoming somewhat tight.
So, in 1988, we moved to our present location - a fully air-conditioned studio
space of 1500 sq. feet and a spacious control room. Clients from all over India and some
from overseas often comment on how comfortable and "at home" they feel while
working with the team at Studio Synthesis.
In 1993, the studio was the first in Delhi to go digital, bringing in the
Spectral Synthesis Digital Audio Studio. And now our regular clients wonder how they ever
managed with analogue!
